72 hour kit

In the spirit of Conference weekend, I'm going to put this link up. It's to Costco for pretty much a 72 hour kit.

I have always wanted to sit down and make one of these for everyone in my family but haven't yet. This would be a great start. It's a little expensive but I would think worth it.

What have you done in this area??

I am so anxious to see what others write about this one. I have been thinking a lot about it and how we should look at this for Christmas for ourselves this year!

OOh! We have ours! I love it! I built ours originally in college when we were flat broke. I would get on walmart.com every week and order the free samples. I built our 72 hr kits on free samples. They are stacked with everything now. I worry the kids won't be able to actually carry them...hmmmm GET YOUR 72 HR KIT! It is so easy, you just have to start somewhere. THey won't be perfect from the start. :) I will list what I have in mine maybe on my blog. I am a emergency preparedness GEEEK! :)

That is a good idea. It's something I've never thought about but now that you've said something I'll have to look at getting one.
