Notebook

I LOVE my day planners. This is my second one. I will probably buy one every year for the rest of my life. I just love that I can make lists and organize and draw notes.

I was hestiant to put a picture on it because the boys grow so much in a year BUT I love looking at it no matter that I know they aren't this size. This picture was taking the day I had to have IVIG in November. This was just before we went to lunch with Raesha. I asked her if we could do a picnic outside instead of the deli because of this! She was totally fine with it.

Life Planner

I ordered a Life Planner from Erincondren.com!  They are a pretty penny BUT soooo worth it!

This is the box that came in the mail!!! So pretty!

I felt sooo special with wrapping like this!

There's weekly sections plus monthly one. This is where I write all my lists! It has extra pages to write my quilting lists and book reading lists too. I seriously love this and will buy one every  year, even if I have to save my pennies. Seriously it's worth it!

I'm grateful for lists

I'm grateful for lists. I would forget my shoes if I didn't have lists. Now I understand where my mom carried around her dayplanner, the "Brain." If it's not written down, it doesn't exist!!

Goal for 2010

Last year I made four goals. I didn't keep a one so this year...I'm making one.

Figure out our bills each paycheck, and take the extra out in cash.

Seems easy enough but I really stink at paying bills. So this is going to be a great one for us!


Plus, I'm going to work on that list <---------.....more in the red!!!!!

Thursdays game

Okay so I gotta explain the Wordless Wednesday!

I did NOT put those sticky things on Bee. We packed up his room on Saturday. Chris was giving a talk on Sunday and I thought he would use the stickies. So I left them out, I think on the crib railing.
Bee decided some time during the night to pull every last one of those stickies off the pad and throw them off his finger. I know he threw them because some were across the room.
I know he did it in the night because he had marks on his face where had slept on a few!!!

I thought it was funny and something only a kid would do.

So we leave in eight days!!!!

My mission for today is our clothes. We are going to be in Seattle for awhile so I need to pack more than normal. We will have a laundry room though so maybe not so much. This is the hardest part for me... What clothes to pack!!

So that's my plan. What is yours for the days?



Ps did you know farm town still isn't working for me???!!! LAME!!

Goals for today- updated

Well my list didn't go as planned. I only got about half done. I'm thinking I'm going to up the number of boxes and make it my "To Do before Weekend list"

PS I did get an iPhone yesterday but I kinda have to share with Chris until October. I hate AT&T's stupid rules of upgrading!

Here is my list:

1. Pack and label 20 boxes
2. buy needles to finish projects
3.Cut out all my Bee Inspired material
4. Call Marianne and explain quilt situation
5. Start on baby quilt
6. Sew two Bee Inspired blocks
7. Mail all blocks, and fabric and baby quilt
8. Cash check
9. Put clothes in garage bags
10. Take clothes to Goodwill
11. Find Chris' green socks for work
12. Do 2 loads of laundry
13 Return library book
14. Call Major Thomas
15. Set up other computer with Itunes on it
16. clean out bathroom hair stuff to give to Kim
17. Make truck payment
18.Pat cell and insurance online

I hope that is it. I'll take pictures as I go!

Oh and if I get all my chores done, we are going to buy iPhones today!!

25 days

25 days until we are out of here! (If all goes as planned! Crossing our fingers!)

I am SOOOO excited to be going to Seattle. We will be in town most of August so let us know if you wanna hang out.

i kid, I kid....kinda.

Anyways, this week my goal is to have everything sorted through, and what we are leaving here and what we are taking. I have a few more closets and piles that need sorting. After that, everything goes in a box for two months.

Things at are staying out in this order:
Bee
Bee's pacifier
Chris
headache medicine
cell phone
Sewing Machine
Hooch
Louie
wipes
atlas
wallet

anything else?

Did anyone catch that the sewing machine is before the dog?

It's on purpose...no worries.

Weekend List

Here is my list of chores for the weekend:

1. vacuum Done2. Do 3 loads of laundry (3 done, working on two more)
3. Put away three loads of laundry (3 done)
4. pack 3 boxes
5. Clean out our closet
6. Fix Chris' church pants
7. Read scriptures Done
8. Try and make spot in garage for boxes (Decided I need Chris around to move and tell me what can go. We'll save this for later in the week.)
9. Finish all white blocks (1/4 done)
10. do 10 lines on log cabin
11. Cut out Bee Inspired block

Took Bee on a walk to feed the goose! (That should have been on the list!)
