Bees laundry

When Bee started school, he received a few more responsiblitites, including his own laundry folding and hanging. I did it the first time and now it's his job. He's very good.

Random

I want to make this quilt. I have the fabric for it and everything.
Auntie Kassie's saying

Glo bug feeding his kitty. (That I got when I had my spleen out!)

Trunk or Treat with our ward building people. This is Melissa Harvigtson. They moved to Germany the week after this.

This is Megen's living thing. She designed it. I would love to do something like it but somehow all together. Jake said he HATES putting this up everytime they move because it has to be perfectly straight or you notice. I'm thinking maybe a wooden pallet?

This was Bee's first time playing outside with kids in the neighborhood. He does it all the time now but I think was about September, cause those trees are still up.

Glo bug has to wear an eye patch everyday. We call them stickers. While Bee wanted to wear one too! The rule is you can't take it off until Glo Bug does. He was a good trooper.

I thought this was interesting.

Playing at McDonald's with a few friends.

I saw this truck on my birthday in one of the dorm parking lots, while delievering cookies to the fire station on base. I really dig these rims and tires. I want them for my black truck! (Maybe when I win the lotto.)

Kindergarten graduation

This is Bee with his teacher, Ms. Campbell on the last day. Ms. Brenda is in the back.
This is Bee's best friend this year, Isaiah. See that rainbow chart in the background, that was how they did consequences for the kids. They started and green and what color they earned at the end of the day, that was what color they got for the day. I did not agree with this because it wasn't an average for the day, it was what color they were on at 3pm. Bee could have been awesome the whole day but the last 5 minutes told his teacher no, he gets a purple day. And then their self-worth is rolled up into these colors. Bee said he was a bad kid because got a purple or blue day. That's when we stopped caring about the chart. When Chris and I were in school, we didn't get notes home every day about how we did in class. If we got a note home, it was because we called Cosme a turkeybutt!

Dragon at graduation, wanting to play with the balls.

There was over 100 kids to hand out diaplomas to. This was Dragon, Globug and I sitting on the floor.

Sunday

I had to take a picture of my boys. We can't see well but dragon and glo have a faux Mohawk. I did fix bees tie.

I made the boys pouches just for church. A notepad, couple crayons, plastic animals and one car.

They did a great job being quiet this week so I call these a success!! I will switch out things to keep it interesting. I hope I remember! :)

So sweet

I am (really) rile good at playing catch with my dad.

(The spots are dad's uniform and Bee's camo shorts/shirt)

Fishing at Grindstone lake

We took some time and went fishing....in New Mexico....in the snow...and 50mph winds!! It was a bit cold. (Just a lot!!)

But when you see a happy face like this...

Makes it all worth it!!! Bee did the whole thing BY himself...a proud little boy!

*Note the snow across the lake*

This was the grumpy group. Snacks and sippy cups, good for an hour. And then the meltdown happened. We spent the rest of the time in the warm truck, watching Mr. Incredible.

Kinda windy

It was a bit windy here this winter. In our loop, we have lost 3 big trees. They just recently cut the other two down. It's sad to see these big trees go. But when the housing doesn't take proper care of them, it's the only thing to do so houses and people don't get hurt.
I do miss the trees of Alaska and Washington!

This shows just how dead the tree was!

Bee's picture post

Bee has turned into such a fine young man. I am not sure where my little baby went but he's not there anymore! Bee loves to play Daddy's Xbox.
Bee knows all his letters and the phonics, numbers all the way past 100 plus interval counting (5,10,15,20). He knows and can spell all his colors. He even knows 20 sight words!! I'm totally impressed with Bee and his schooling! Totally showing his teachers can he can keep up with the class!! I'm soo proud of him!
Bee helps around the house a lot now. He even puts away the dishes!! (Love that!) He keeps a close eye on his brothers and is first to tell you if someone is hurt or not doing what's right. He very much likes a set schedule and doesn't like it when things get changed, especially his morning routine! He loves his brothers and is always willing to give them hugs. He's a very sweet and polite boy.
