The hearts are darling!
I heart the hearts..tee hee..
Kritta - as the quilt expert I have to ask a question (coming from the lame NON-quilt-expert) If my fabric swatch happens to be a chunk of a VERY old quilt (if I can find a large enough and decent enough intact piece) is there something I can add as a backing to preserve it a little bit? Or... hmmm... I actually do have an easier option... so if it's a bad idea to use really old fabric I can switch. (seriously - we're talking from a quilt made in 1968... and well loved for many years since...)
YAY! It's beautiful Kritta. Both of them. I love them both so much. I'm so excited. I'm going to post a link to this post on The Magic Quilt! You DA BOMB! Sooooo excited to heal the world with you all. ;)
Those are amazing Kritta. You are SO talented!

Kritta...I so made one of the first quilts for my grand niece! It was so beautiful when I got done. I made it lap size. Do you have a pattern for the second one...I love it!
quilting. me? ha! I've got a sewing machine I got for Christmas 4 years ago and I can't even thread it. I got a D in Home Ec. I'm impressed!
So pretty, I love them both, how do you do the hearts, they are amazing.
I love them both. I am working on one I got at a yard sale it is the longaberger star something. I will post pictures when I get it done it is a wall hanging or so that is what the package said. I really like the hears.
You are so talented!
Love the hearts by the way. Can't wait for you show how you put them together. I just know they are going to be so cute.
I love the hearts but I also love the squares....they are magical! They look like the patchwork that bind everyone in all of their differences together. Maybe throw in a heart on top every now and then.
What a darling quilt that is going to make!
Both are beautiful.
I love the hearts too. But I agree with April, maybe do hearts thruout and squares as well. Maybe we agree because we are both April's?! Love the patterns! Can't wait, I am trying to come up with my story now.
I am in AWE.That bottom quilt is GORGEOUS!! I say go for it :)
The hearts are so lovely. I love prints together like that.
What a cute idea. You need to post a tutorial. Can't wait to see the finished project.
I love the hearts and the bottom one! You are so talented!
