Future Day

Today was a day to look at our future in our house.

This morning I went to the doctor's to talk about my fertility issues. We decided that we are going to try a clomid challenge. (click to read more) I have to watch my cycle closely but hopefully I will be prego before we leave!!! They say that it's 80% effective. AWESOMENESS!!!!

So I gotta wait for my first day of my cycle....waiting.....waiting....

Second thing we did today, looking at our future, we went to get pre-approved for a home loan! We wanted to know what we were approved for so we didn't get our hopes up.

We got approved for $20,000 more than we even dreamed of! SCORE!!

(What do you think, is this nice?? HAHAHA We aren't even close to this!)
So our world is looking pretty good around here. We need to get our truck paid off. That is our next game play.

Anyone have an extra $10,000 laying around that we could borrow??

I tried clomid, 3 rounds to be exact. Didn't work for me. I think it was to far gone for me. Ending up having a hysterectomy. I wish you loads of luck. Have twins and send me one. ;)

My fingers are crossed. Infertility totally bites. I so hope this is the answer for you.

So will you be buying a house when you move?

And I may have missed it, did you announce where you are going to? Or is it kind of top secret.

Good luck with the Clomid.

I thought about your comment about the black binding on the mint chip and think that I am going to go for it. I finished the blocks and just need to put the top together. I just need to get to the quilt shop and look for a nice border fabric. I'll send you some pictures as I might need to some advice on that.

Yes Kritta, I was never able to get pregnant ever. Things have changed so much since 25 years a go when we were trying. But I was blessed with 3 beautiful kids through adoption. So it all woked out in the end. Now I am totally over the infertility thing and wouldn't change things if I could.

Good luck with the move.

hmm clomid. do whatever it takes girl. I used to work in Labor and Delivery back before I had kids eons ago and until my twins were 18 months old. Interesting stuff. Twins happen that way, of course! My sister has clomid twins. Mine were au natural. How exciting for you to be moving and have that anticipation of a new start.

Wow, glad to hear things are going well. I'd like an extra $10,000 too. If you find any secret ways to take care of that let me know. Good luck with the clomid. You're a great mom and Conner will be a great big brother. :)
