Remember that neighborhood moose I talked about before...well he came to visit. He ate our pumpkins! It's a special treat for moose and they will pretty much go anywhere to get them. I have two dogs and a light sleeping hubby that didn't wake up to this guy munching away!
The boys I watch were upset for a minute but then they realized that it was cool to have your pumpkin eaten by a moose. It beats just throwing them away!
This is the last picture of this quilt. It's finish, done, going away tomorrow. Notice the yellow binding that it didn't have before. I hope Nicci enjoys it.

Okay, for some reason, moose just scare the beegeebees out of me....I don't live around them....but if I did....I would be really scared.
On another note, your quilt turned out great!! I wish I had the patience to do that!!

Great Job on the quilt!

I can't believe that no one woke up while a MOOSE was chowing down on your front porch!

I think that it's cool you had a moose eat your pumpkins! Haha. Too bad he didn't eat ALL of it...then you wouldn't have had to go clean it up!

Love that you had a moose visitor. The quilt looks beautiful. I need some lessons from you. There's a quilt I really like at the craft center. I want to learn how to make it but know I'll never take the class. Maybe I'll go study it. If Mike were here he'd probably buy me the class for Christmas. He gave me pottery class last year.

I'm still debating on wether to ask my neighbor's daughter to sit at our house and try to go with you guys tomorrow. Thanks for calling me back. I still don't remember what I had wanted to ask you. Oh well. :)

I never would have thought I moose would eat a pumpkin, but you learn something new every day!

The quilt turned out great. I have never had the guts to try something with this shape, too worried it wouldn't "fit" together when I was done! shh... my seams don't always match, but don't tell anyone!

Love the tree! Makes me jealous, oh that's a sin I know, but maybe not as bad if you admit it? LOL!
