This is the article in the paper. We love you Grandpa. Thanks for all the memories!

Donald Ervin Waggoner, 80, passed away January 26, 2009 at his home in Arlington, Washington. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m., on Saturday, January 31, 2009, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Cambridge, Idaho.
Don was born November 28, 1928 in Juanita, Nebraska to Ervin Leslie Waggoner and Mattie Edith (Fisher) Waggoner. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mattie and Ervin, his sister Loraine (Waggoner) Jackson and his brother Ivan Waggoner. Don grew up on farms in Nebraska and South Dakota. The family moved to Council when he was a young teenager.
Don married Virginia Morris on May 30, 1948 in Council, Idaho. The marriage was solemnized in the Idaho Falls Temple on August 5, 1972.
They lived in Council, Idaho before moving to work in the Kamiah sawmill. The family moved to Olympia, Washington in 1957. After raising their family in Washington, Don and Virginia moved to Ketchikan, Alaska in 1979. Don worked in many different sawmills throughout the northwest. They made their home in Mesa, Idaho from 1998 until 2003 when they moved back to Washington.
Don was an avid hunter and fisherman. He hunted deer and elk in Idaho, Washington and Oregon and moose in Canada. He loved taking his boat out fishing or crabbing with his family. God has you in his keeping, we have you in our hearts.
