haha this picture is sooo cute! my little one walks around on his cell phone all the time too. yes, he's got his own cell phone. 3 actually. 1 really works (but only to play music lol)
I remember this stage. Mine all went through it. We could not leave the house with one of my children, they would strip off clothing as drove to where we needed to go. I would have to dress them back up when I got where ever it was we were going.
It is a sign that he is getting ready to potty train. What a great thing for you....then you would not have to have 2 in diapers.
