Bee is grounded.
No joke. He might not see the light of day tomorrow.
I made homemade cinnamon rolls today for Chris. He has long days at work this week and needs something fast and will fill him up. Cinnamon rolls do the job!
Anyway, I cleared the counter, cleaned it, then floured it. Then took off my wedding ring and Mom ring, and started kneading the dough. I had to work it for 5 mintues so I got lost in my own mind of quilts and projects and chores I had to do. (Chris was home, helping with the boys.)
I put the cinnamon rolls in the pan and start to clean up. I noticed my rings were gone but I had to move my phone and other things while kneading so I didn't think much of it.
Meanwhile, Bee and Chris and the dogs were upstairs playing on the bed. It sounded like elephants were marching.
I cleaned up everything, made icing and still no rings. I started to stress a bit but I didn't really looked anywhere but the kitchen so...
Long story, short....12 hours later, I had given up looking for my rings. Nicci, Chris and even Bee helped me look for my rings.
I asked Bee where my rings were. He opened up a cabinet with pots in it and says, "Too bad!" And closed the cabinet. (I busted a gut laughing at him. He is soo funny.)
So I went to bed and was pouting, looking at the wall and ceiling, when I noticed a shiny thing in our window sill.
(Now our windows in our room are darkened with foil, and blinds always closed because Chris doesn't sleep well. This helps a bit. Anyway, there's no reason for anything, including shiny things to be on the sill.)
I jumped out of bed and ran to the window.
MY RINGS!!!!!!
I punched Chris. "Why would you do that to me?? I cried. I wholeheartedly cried. I was going to go through the trash in the morning, with POOPY DIAPERS!!! YOU ARE A PUNK!!!!"
In the end, he pink promised he didn't do it.
Guess who that leaves in this house, that can reach the window sill???
Yup.
Bee.
So grounded!!
