  2. I have all of my 51 blocks done!!! (42 for full quilt and 9 for NICU quilt) I was just getting ready to cut sashing/borders and came here to find out how much and found this luscious giveaway!

  3. I've cut out all my blocks (42). Lots of cutting! Now I'm trying to decide if I should go for a queen size and cut enough for 56 blocks ?!?

  5. I've cut a load of squares from my scraps, and have made 8 squares so far. I had planned a baby size quilt but I'm loving making these so much I'm going to go bigger!

  7. I have emptied my scrap bin and cut every thing into 2.5 inch squares! I'm having such a trip down memory lane using all those fabrics again. I've made three blocks so far and I love them. My goals to make at least one block a day until all my squares are used up!

    I have ten 15" granny's done and I'm using the triangle I cut off to make something to add to those granny's....trying to finish off a couple other projects before I can get back to these!:)

I have taken out all of my fat quarters and two jelly rolls that i had...i have some materials that i am going to make a fall quilt and the other ones are going to be like a rose country quilt.The problem is the more fabric I look at I keep saying oh that would make a nice quilt!!! So I think right now i want to make 3 quilts out of the fabrics that I have cut!! So much fabric and not enough time!!!!!

  13. Kerri's quilt rocks!!!! I love it! I made my first block on Monday and posted in the flickr group! I love how it turned out! I'm using linen for the background. I guess I was surprised how small and dainty it is! I love it!

  14. I've got it bookmarked and I'm thinking through my fabrics... I have a few other things that need finished first, but I'm hoping maybe in a few weeks I'll be able to start!

  20. I've bought backing fabric. And that's it. Oops. I have the binding to put on another quilt and hopefully will be full steam ahead with the Grannies! Next week, i hope!

  22. I bought my background fabric yesterday and I've started cutting 2.5" squares. I even tried some layouts yesterday. Maybe this weekend!

  23. I finished up a wee little quilt with mine, which I sashed with Annie's Seed Catalogue and then hand-quilted (mostly)...named it "Berry Patch" and it's getting lots of love :)

  26. I have caught the 'Granny' bug and made 20 so far...getting a 2.5" square swap organised at our Melbourne Modern Quilt Guild, so lots of people can join in with the Granny Madness!

    Already determined to make a 2-toned one (probably aqua) and then make a giant one!

  28. My quilt top is finished! Really pleased with the look of it - I used Kona snow instead of white as sashing and it gives the whole quilt top a soft easter feel!

  31. I have 18 blocks finished and 6 more cut and ready to sew. I am cutting 6 blocks at a time and sewing them to keep the mess in control.
