Bought the sauce and everything else.

Can you tell that I've worked at a few pizza places before??

Chris used to have pepperoni pizza races with the boss at Domino's. He used to win!!

Magic Quilt

Photobucket

This is the bestest idea ever!!

Magic Quilt is a quilt that I'm putting together with other people's fabrics. People are sending in parts of a favorite shirt or other fabric with a memory. Then I'm going to put it together and send it to people that need love.

I just spent 5 minutes trying to word those three sentences. Just go over to the blog and read what Crash has said. She is MUCH better at it.

Now I have to go decide what fabric I'm going to give.

You can totally help! Just click on over there and see what's up!

PS Bee is running around, getting into everything and pinning down the cat. Life is back to normal. Thanks for all the love!

Day 2-7

I'm feeling all lovey dovey right now towards my little man. This is a picture of him this time last year. I remember taking this picture.

I didn't think he was going to sit there very long so I didn't bother getting the camera. Then after about 5 minutes, I finally went and grabbed it. I don't remember how long he sat there but it was quite awhile for a little guy. Especially since he had just figured out he could scoot around the house.

Anyway our little man had a 103 temperature tonight. some tyenol and a bath, and we are good now. I'm just so grateful for so many things. Sick babies put these in to a different view.

Let me just make a quick list:
1. Chris home (this time last year he was in Florida for work)
2. Modern medicine to help bring down temps.
3. heat in our house with hot water
4. A husband that would rather stay home with his family than party like other 23 year olds.
5. A temple so close to be able to visit whenever we feel like it
6. Grateful to be able to have Bee in our family. He is so wonderful

Oh there's so much more but you get the drift.

Day 2-6

This is my step-daughter, V. Those curls are natural. She has her mommy's beautiful blonde hair. Her dad's lips.

We only got to play with her for a few hours while we were in Seattle this summer but it was sure fun! We played on the beach. She played with cousins and her daddy.

I just wanna swoop her up and kiss those cheeks!

Love ya, Miss V!

Day 2-5

I'm going through old photos and posting them on here so they are all in one place. This is one I found today.

This was right outside our old house in Marysville. I'm the tallest one, Kassy AKA Forest, is the one on the right and Casey, our cousin, is in the middle. We all had these animals, Popples.
I don't ever remember a show or anything. But this was one game that all of us could play together. What a bunch of cutie puties, we were! :)

Day 2-3

This is Bee and Louie, our cat. The picture was taken when Bee was about 5 months old. Bee loves Louie to this day.

When I was pregnant with Bee, I worked at a doctor's office. I was on my feet all day. So when I got home I had to put my feet up on the wall, and lay on the bed. Louie would come over and want to be pet.

I would lay him on my tummy and Louie would purr. I felt my first kick with Louie on my tummy. Every time after that I pet Louie, Bee would kick.

When Bee was just a few weeks old, we were having a tough night of sleeping. I went and got Louie, held Bee and rocked us all. Within 5 minutes of getting Louie, Bee was out. (Why didn't I think of that an hour before?)

Even today, Bee was having a kinda sick day. He was really cuddly so we laid on the couch, most of the day (with my new cable!!!!!!). Louie came up to lay with us and Bee just pet him softly and just laid there.

It's so cool to watch animals and kids interact. I love it.

Thanks for all your thoughts and prayers for Chris and his grandpa. We really appreciate it.
